• Work with your Project Manager and team to manage execution collaboratively, on a regular cadence, or conduct project review points to provide guidance and improve performance.
• Develop a project strategy and plan roadmap based on deliverables, milestones, and the life cycle.  The project plan details will be specific to a customer’s project business case, project charter, project life cycle, internal processes, resources and availability, stakeholders, budget practices, review and approval stage gates, etc.  Plan communication, and help assess risks, and plan risk actions and responses.  
• Select and develop the best life cycle approach for the project (e.g., predictive, adaptive, hybrid, etc.).  The project life cycle is determined by the current specificity of the scope, requirements, and desired end results, and the rate of vendor or customer product, process, or service evolution.
• Determine strategic direction with measurable action plans and review points for breaking through delays, holds, and obstacles. 

How to use AI tools to boost efficiency and productivity.  Customize AI tools to the scope, resources, influences, risks, and stakeholders of your project.

Develop a project adoption plan.  The most overlooked responsibility of a Project Manager is being a salesman.  Projects bring change and must be sold to all stakeholders.

• Analyze project management challenges, apply critical thinking, and determine the root causes.

• Work with your team to provide recommendations, an executable plan, and actions.

• Provide focused coaching to Project Managers or the team on project elements or execution. 
• Conduct sessions with your team on a project management topic, issues, or adaption plans applied to real scenarios from your company.  
• Develop organization project management methodologies, procedures, and governance.

Preparation of project sales, planning, or status briefings to target corporate or external audiences.

Provide an assessment and management plan for stakeholders to get buy-in, maintain communication, and meet expectations.

Speak on specific project management topics or challenges, or overall strategies and approaches.

Write on a Project Management topic, knowledge area, application, or approach to a challenge.
