Project planning and execution partnering

  • Work with your Project Manager and team to manage execution collaboratively, on a regular cadence, or conduct project review points to provide guidance and improve performance.
  • Develop a project strategy and plan roadmap based on deliverables, milestones, and the life cycle.  The project plan details will be specific to a customer’s project business case, project charter, project life cycle, internal processes, resources and availability, stakeholders, budget practices, review and approval stage gates, etc.  Plan communication, and help assess risks, and plan risk actions and responses.  
  • Select and develop the best life cycle approach for the project (e.g., predictive, adaptive, hybrid, etc.).  The project life cycle is determined by the current specificity of the scope, requirements, and desired end results, and the rate of vendor or customer product, process, or service evolution.
  • Determine strategic direction with measurable action plans and review points for breaking through delays, holds, and obstacles.

Project selling - incorporating adoption management into execution
